But to meet this worm in full growth is very difficult, because usually his whole body is hidden under a layer of silt. Only the upper part of the worm remains on the surface to hunt. These animals do not have eyes and ears; they feel prey by the fluctuations of water, capturing them with their antennae. As soon as the prey approaches the worm at an optimal distance, it attacks it with lightning speed.
